Skate Park Notice All persons entering this facility are hereby notified that: 1. Skateboarding and inline skating are inherently dangerous and risky activities that may result in damage or injury to property or persons. 2. No person under the age of 18 may use this facility unless and until the parents, or legal guardian, of such person execute and file with Calvary Chapel a written consent form authorizing such person to participate in skateboarding or inline skating in this facility. 3. All persons using or entering upon this facility must have in their possession a skate park I.D. card. 4. The hours of use of this facility are posted. The use at any other time constitutes a trespass and is strictly prohibited. 5. Any person who participates in or assists in skateboarding or inline skating assumes the known and unknown inherent risks in these activities, irrespective of age, and is legally responsible for all damages, injury or death to himself, herself or other persons or property that result from these activities. 6. Calvary Chapel is not required to and will not eliminate, alter or control the inherent risks in these activities. 7. While engaged in skateboarding or inline skating, the participant is responsible for (1) acting within the limits of his or her ability and the purpose and design of the equipment used; (2) maintaining control of his or her person and the equipment used; and (3) refraining from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to the death or injury of himself, herself or other persons. 8. Calvary Chapel is not responsible for and is immune from liability for any injury to person or property that occurs on this facility; except for very limited situations as set forth in Section 316.0085 F.S. with participant assumes all liability for injury to himself, herself or other persons. 9. A release, waiver and indemnification must be executed and filed with the skate park office prior to and as a condition precedent to the use of this facility regardless of age. The use of this facility without the filing of such release, waiver or indemnification constitutes a trespass, and violators will be prosecuted. 10. All participants are required to wear proper head protective gear at all times. 11. Possession of illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages is not permitted on Calvary Chapel Property. 12. Profane language and smoking are also not allowed on this property. You are hereby notified that the use of this facility and compliance with the above rules is in compliance with your signed use agreement. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the forfeiture of your privilege to use this area and your skate park I.D. card. |
